The continued closure of the Suez Canal has forced logistics companies to transport bulk commodities by land. Vincent Clerc, CEO of the world's second largest container shipping company Maersk, revealed to the media that a large number of trucks have been mobilized, and Saudi Arabia and Iraq have opened up channels to trucks from Jordan and Turkey.
