Nasdaq Technology ETF, Invesco: Notice of trading price premium risk and implementation of temporary suspension

The Nasdaq Technology ETF announced that the recent secondary market trading prices of the fund were significantly higher than the net asset value per unit, resulting in a large premium. The closing price on May 15, 2026 was 2.554 yuan, while the net asset value per unit was 2.2359 yuan. To protect the interests of investors, the fund will be suspended from trading starting from May 18, resuming at 10:30. Redemption services will continue as usual during the suspension period. If the premium does not effectively decrease on the same day, the fund reserves the right to take further suspension measures.
