The online rumor of "increased difficulty in obtaining a driver's license" is not true.
Recently, there has been a rumor circulating online that the difficulty of the driving test has greatly increased. In fact, starting from May 1st, the National Market Supervision Administration and the Ministry of Transport have jointly revised and released the new standards for the driving training industry, including the "Business Conditions for Motor Vehicle Driver Training Institutions" and the "Technical Requirements for Motor Vehicle Driver Training Coaches". The content of the driving test has not changed. It is important to clarify that this new national standard only proposes regulatory requirements for driving training institutions. The examination items and evaluation criteria for the small car subject 2 and subject 3 remain unchanged, and the question bank and passing line for subject 1 and subject 4 have not been changed either. Students do not need additional classes or extra hours, and there will be no additional costs incurred.
