"The EU and China strengthening cooperation is an inevitable choice." Recently, Slovenian Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Finance Klemen Botjani stated in an interview with CGTN New Media anchor Cui Yingjie in Beijing that, against the backdrop of increasing global economic uncertainty, China and Europe should further deepen their cooperation. In March of this year, Slovenia became the first Central and Eastern European country in the eurozone to enter the Chinese panda bond market. Botjani said that the panda bond issuance received positive market feedback and attracted widespread attention from the European financial sector, bringing new opportunities for financial cooperation between China and Europe.
