Principle of not acquiring buildings over 30 years old, Guangzhou Nansha launches housing "old for new" initiative.
Guangzhou Nansha once again took measures to stabilize the real estate market. Recently, Nansha District's state-owned enterprise Nansha Kaijian released a plan for housing "old for new". According to the plan, the first batch of pilot purchases of existing homes in Nansha will total 3 billion yuan, covering existing homes in Guangzhou that meet the conditions. This purchase will be directly endorsed and purchased by a first-level state-owned enterprise in Nansha District, Guangzhou, and can be used to replace new homes under Nansha Kaijian. It is important to emphasize that the plan specifically states that the age of the old houses purchased this time should not exceed 30 years. If the age exceeds 30 years, the owner of the old house needs to apply to the entity for inspection and confirmation of the reliability of the house.
