Goldman Sachs: Commercialization of small modular reactors accelerates and deployment scale may reach 46GW by 2045.

Goldman Sachs stated in its latest research report that with global nuclear power construction heating up simultaneously in North America, Europe, and Asia, the commercial deployment of small modular reactors may further push up future uranium demand over the next twenty years. Goldman Sachs predicts that by 2045, with SMR deployment reaching 46GW on a global scale, the cumulative supply-demand gap in the uranium market could be as high as 2.332 billion pounds.
