Qiming Information: Appointment of Lu Yang as the Company's Board Secretary

Qiming Information announced on May 12th that the company held the third interim meeting of the seventh board of directors in 2026 on the same day, and approved the proposal of appointing a board secretary. The board of directors agreed to appoint Lu Yang as the board secretary of the company, with a term from the date of the approval of this board meeting to the expiration of the seventh board of directors.
