According to the "Portuguese Business Daily" reported on the 11th, this mechanism applies to rural land parcels that have been registered in the land database of the tax department, but whose ownership cannot be confirmed. The temporary national registration of land is valid for 15 years, during which time the land can be developed, utilized, or transferred to a third party.
