Some indicators of our country's microelectromechanical system have reached the international advanced level, and breakthroughs have been made in key RF parameter measurement technology.
Reporters learned today that the General Administration of Market Supervision has recently organized domestic research institutions to carry out key research on MEMS radio frequency parameter measurement technology, aiming to address the lack of measurement standards for RF parameters of MEMS in China, as well as the insufficient research capability in signal integrity testing and reliability. This has significantly improved the measurement and testing capabilities of key RF parameters of MEMS in China, such as dielectric constant, pulse waveform, photon link positioning, and electromagnetic radiation, effectively solving the measurement and application problems of key RF parameters of MEMS.
The research team has successfully developed a measurement device for substrate dielectric constant, a terahertz waveform measurement device, a photon link positioning parameter measurement device, a total electromagnetic leakage radiation power testing device for micro interconnection, and a micro-electromechanical system's electrical contact and interconnect parameter testing device, among other technological achievements, with some indicators reaching international advanced levels. The research team has also drafted three national measurement technical standards, including the "Picosecond Fast Edge/Pulse Generator Calibration Specification," which enhances the quality assurance system for measurements and instruments in the field of MEMS in China.
Currently, the research findings have been demonstrated in the field of 5G high-frequency devices, optoelectronic integrated devices, and airborne optical networks, assisting in the innovation and development of filters and other 5G high-frequency devices, and ensuring accurate and reliable fault diagnosis and positioning, providing strong support for the high-quality development of strategic emerging industries in China, such as new generation information technology and aerospace.
