According to the Qichacha app, recently, Zhongneng Green Power New Energy Co., Ltd. was established with Wang Yajun as the legal representative and a registered capital of 10 million yuan. Its business scope includes power generation, power transmission, power supply, solar power generation technology services, wind power generation technology services, etc. Equity penetration data from Qichacha shows that the company is jointly held by China Energy Construction's wholly-owned subsidiary China Electric Engineering Consulting Group Co., Ltd. and Wan Shang New Energy (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area New Energy Group Co., Ltd.
