According to a list of terms obtained by the media on Tuesday, Google's parent company Alphabet Inc is considering issuing multiple tranches of Japanese yen bonds, with a maximum term of up to 40 years. A source familiar with the matter said on Monday that the total amount of Alphabet's issuance is expected to reach billions of yen. The list of terms did not disclose the scale of this issuance. Alphabet has appointed Mizuho Bank, Bank of America, and Morgan Stanley to handle this transaction.
