Zhitan Finance and Economics APP News, Fransh Shares (02499.HK) announced that all prerequisites have been met, and the completion will be finalized on May 11, 2026. After completion, according to the terms and conditions of the subscription agreement, 14.5 million H shares (equivalent to approximately 4.00% of the enlarged share capital of the company after the issuance of subscription shares) will be distributed and issued to subscribers at a subscription price of HK$6.02 per share in accordance with the general authorization. The total amount of funds raised from the subscription will be approximately HK$87.3 million and the net amount of funds raised will be approximately HK$86.8 million.
