Wise Finance APP News, Zhijin Mining (02899.HK) announced that the board of directors proposed adopting the 2026 employee share ownership plan on May 8, 2026. This employee share ownership plan can only be implemented after it has been reviewed and approved at the annual general meeting of shareholders. Before the approval of the employee share ownership plan at the annual general meeting of shareholders, the company may, upon request from Chinese and/or Hong Kong regulatory authorities, amend the draft of the employee share ownership plan.
