Zhengzhou Customs announced on the 9th that the natural hibiscus stone imported by Hongtong Import and Export Trading Co., Ltd. from South Africa successfully cleared customs at Nanyang Customs under Zhengzhou Customs. This is the first batch of imported goods in the province to enjoy the zero tariff policy since China began implementing zero tariffs for 53 African countries with diplomatic relations on May 1. The batch of hibiscus stone is worth 136,000 yuan. After the zero tariff policy was implemented, the company saved over 4,000 yuan in customs duties, significantly reducing procurement costs.
