The central bank publicly solicits opinions on 4 normative documents including "Methods for Processing Bank Draft Business of Urban Commercial Banks Relying on Large-sum Payment Systems"

In order to strengthen the construction of financial rule of law and improve the legal system of the central bank, the People's Bank of China has organized the revision of four normative documents, including the "Measures for Handling Bank Draft Business of Urban Commercial Banks Relying on Large-Value Payment Systems", to form a draft for soliciting opinions. Now we are soliciting public opinions.
