According to the Securities Times APP, recently, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology issued a notice, officially launching the Artificial Intelligence Ethical Review and Service Pilot Program, relying on the province where the National Artificial Intelligence Industry Innovation Application Pilot Zone is located, to explore the landing path of Artificial Intelligence Ethical Review and Service. The pilot program deploys four key tasks: first, refining the provincial artificial intelligence technology ethical review system norms, and improving the urban technology ethics collaborative governance mechanism. Second, guiding various innovative entities to establish artificial intelligence technology ethical committees, and exploring the establishment of artificial intelligence technology ethical review and service centers. Third, conducting artificial intelligence technology ethical reviews, organizing high-risk artificial intelligence technology activities for technology ethics expert reviews, promoting the formulation and verification of AI ethics risk assessment standards, committee construction, and other related standards. Fourth, building a three-level linkage agile governance network between the central government, provinces, and cities, improving the notification mechanism of review results, establishing an artificial intelligence technology ethics risk information reporting mechanism, and enhancing the risk warning and notification mechanism.
