The reduction price ranged from 5.3 to 5.3 yuan per share, with a total transaction amount of 98.9023 million yuan, accounting for 1.99% of the company's total share capital. After the reduction, it holds 280 million shares, accounting for 29.83%, and the reduction plan has been completed. Previously, it held 298 million shares, accounting for 31.82%.
