NIO establishes a new company with AI and integrated circuit chip businesses.

According to the Qichacha app, Anqing Weilai New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. was recently established with a business scope including: integrated circuit chip and product manufacturing; integrated circuit chip design and services; artificial intelligence application software development; software sales, etc. Qichacha's equity penetration shows that the company is indirectly wholly owned by Weilai Holdings Limited.
