Shenzhen's highest priced land transaction this year settled with China Resources Group acquiring the original Shenzhen-Hong Kong International Center land parcel for 7.045 billion yuan.

On May 6th, a piece of residential land in Longcheng Street, Longgang District, Shenzhen, was successfully sold. It was purchased by Shenzhen Runzhen Real Estate Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of China Resources Land, for a transaction price of 7.045 billion yuan. This is the highest priced land transaction in Shenzhen this year and also signifies the revitalization of the original Longgang Dayun Center "Shenzhen-Hong Kong International Center" land, which will be developed into a benchmark integrated complex in the eastern part of the city.
