Zhito Financial News App, Sunoco Sands (02012.HK) announced that the Board of Directors of the company is pleased to announce that it has signed a non-binding cooperation framework agreement (Framework Agreement) with Guangdong Shouren Supply Chain Management Co., Ltd. (Guangdong Shouren Supply Chain) on April 30, 2026. According to the Framework Agreement, the company agrees to supply crude oil and asphalt produced by the company to Guangdong Shouren Supply Chain, and Guangdong Shouren Supply Chain Management promises to prioritize the purchase of crude oil and asphalt produced by the company (including crude oil and asphalt purchased from its self-operated oil fields located in Canada and surrounding areas) during the validity period of the Framework Agreement, with an annual minimum purchase quantity of no less than 500,000 tonnes.
