Confucian Culture Group announced that on April 7, 2026, it signed the "2026 Game Cooperation Framework Agreement" with Tencent Representative Company (representing Tencent Holdings Limited and its related entities including Tencent Video). The agreement is effective from the date of the fulfillment of the preconditions until December 31, 2028. The cooperation includes four categories: distribution cooperation, joint operation cooperation, marketing services, and exclusive agency. Specifically, the company will act as the exclusive distributor or designated platform distributor of the cooperative game products; both parties will jointly operate games on their respective platforms and settle channel revenue; the company will provide customized marketing services based on the linkage between film and games for Tencent's representative company; Tencent's representative company will distribute, operate, and promote cooperative games on its platform and third-party platforms. Under the agreement, 12 cooperative products are planned to be launched from 2026 to 2027.
