Confucianism Public Notice: The company signed the "2026 Game Cooperation Framework Agreement" with Tencent on April 7, 2026. The agreement is valid from the date of the fulfillment of the preconditions to December 31, 2028. The cooperation content includes four types of modes: distribution cooperation, joint operation cooperation, marketing services, and exclusive agency, specifically including: the company as the exclusive distribution agent or designated platform distributor of the cooperative game products; both parties jointly operate games on their respective platforms and settle channel profits; the company provides customized marketing services based on the linkage of movies and games for Tencent representing company; Tencent representing company distributes, operates, and promotes cooperative games on its platform and third-party platforms. Under the agreement, 12 cooperative products are planned to be prepared, and are expected to be launched sequentially from 2026 to 2027.
