Beijing Stock Exchange reports on cases of irregular custody of brokerage drafts. In the first quarter, negative behaviors have been recorded for two securities firms.

According to the first issue of the "Listing and Listing Review Dynamics" released by the Beijing Stock Exchange this year, reporters noticed that in the first quarter of this year, the Beijing Stock Exchange issued oral warnings 9 times and requested written commitments 4 times for violations and intermediary practice quality issues related to IPO declaration projects, involving 3 issuers, 6 intermediaries, and 14 practitioners; 2 underwriters were recorded for negative practice quality behaviors 2 times. In addition, the Beijing Stock Exchange also simultaneously reported typical cases of irregular custody of work drafts by underwriters. It is understood that relevant agencies and representatives have been subjected to self-discipline regulatory measures.
