: Completion of acquisition of subsidiary's equity, holding percentage reached 100%

announced that it has signed an equity transfer agreement with Caldic B.V. and completed industrial and commercial registration changes. Caldic B.V. transferred the 1.49% equity it held in Lianke Chemical to the company. As a result, the company's ownership in Lianke Chemical increased from 98.51% to 100%, making Lianke Chemical a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company.
