Allpass Education announced that its operating income in 2025 was 301 million yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 32.03%. The net loss attributable to shareholders of the listed company was 69.2831 million yuan, compared to a net loss of 104 million yuan in the same period of the previous year. The company plans not to distribute cash dividends, bonus shares, or increase capital through capital reserve.
