According to the Qichacha APP, recently, Zhaoxin Zhiling New Energy Co., Ltd. was established, with a business scope including energy storage technology services, solar power generation technology services, centralized rapid charging stations, and operating electric vehicle charging infrastructure. According to equity penetration shown on Qichacha, the company is wholly owned by Zhaoxin Stock.
