Multiple airlines have once again significantly increased fuel surcharges for May flights.

After gradually increasing the fuel surcharge in April, several domestic and international airlines have recently once again significantly raised the fuel fees for May routes. It was learned that Spring Airlines has issued a notice to increase the fuel fees for flights departing from South Korea, with the new rules applying to tickets booked from May 1st to May 31st. The fuel fee for routes under 499 miles is $42, 500-1000 miles is $58, and 1000-1500 miles is $96.
