Our country's Law on the Protection of Minors, Regulations on the Protection of Minors on the Internet, and multiple special notices issued by various departments all have mandatory requirements for the establishment and operation of real-name verification systems for preventing addiction to online games. However, some game companies or individuals help minors bypass this authentication system to play games. The Intermediate People's Court of Ningbo City, Zhejiang Province recently disclosed the trial result of B station suing a certain game company for unfair competition, ruling that the defendant company's behavior of helping buyers bypass real-name authentication violates business ethics and constitutes unfair competition. The defendant company was ordered to compensate B station's operating party for economic losses and legitimate expenses for safeguarding rights, totaling 800,000 yuan. (CCTV News).
