The Guangdong Provincial People's Government has issued the "Outline of the Fifteenth Five-Year Plan for National Economic and Social Development of Guangdong Province," proposing to focus on the development of hydrogen energy high-end equipment manufacturing and core materials in Guangzhou, Foshan, and other areas. Breakthroughs in the research and development of equipment and core components such as fuel cells and high-efficiency water electrolysis tanks are actively promoted, and technologies and equipment such as solid oxide fuel cells and hydrogen-ammonia fusion are actively developed. Leading the comprehensive application of hydrogen energy in Guangzhou, accelerating the cultivation of the full industry chain of hydrogen energy "production, storage, transportation, and application," supporting the construction of green fuel production bases such as hydrogen-ammonia-alcohol in places like Yangjiang, promoting the increased volume and cost reduction of hydrogen fuel cell vehicles, and promoting the application of hydrogen energy in areas such as ships, low-altitude aircraft, and the metallurgical industry.
