Net profit was 25.2958 million yuan, compared to a net loss of 25.1361 million yuan in the same period last year. The profit distribution plan approved by the board of directors is as follows: based on the total share capital registered on the record date of the equity distribution, excluding the shares in the repurchase special securities account, a cash dividend of 1.5 yuan per 10 shares will be distributed to all shareholders, with no bonus shares issued and no increase in share capital from the capital reserve.
