HA Pharmaceutical: The controlling shareholder HA Group has added a 3.18% stake pledge.

Haiyao Pharmaceutical announced that its controlling shareholder, Haiyao Group Co., Ltd., has pledged 80 million shares it holds, accounting for 6.82% of its holdings and 3.18% of the total share capital of the company. The pledge started on April 24, 2026, and will expire on May 20, 2030. The pledgee is the Harbin Branch of East Asia Bank Limited. As of the completion of the pledge, Haiyao Group holds 1.173 billion shares, accounting for 46.58% of the total share capital; with a total of 524 million shares pledged, accounting for 44.65% of its holdings and 20.80% of the total share capital.
