Industrial Bank Announcement: In order to further enhance the customer experience of gold deposit investment, starting from May 8, 2026, the trading hours for current and ordinary fixed-term products of gold deposit through our mobile banking and personal online banking channels will be adjusted from 9:00 to 23:00 on trading days to 9:00 in the morning to 2:00 the next day. Due to multiple factors affecting the significant increase in fluctuations in precious metal prices, to prevent risks that may arise from market fluctuations, our bank will adjust the above business service times accordingly based on changes in the gold market and disclose information to customers in a timely manner.
