The United States has made preliminary anti-dumping rulings on the import of crystalline silicon photovoltaic cells from India, Indonesia, and Laos.

On April 23rd, the U.S. Department of Commerce announced its preliminary anti-dumping ruling on imported crystalline silicon photovoltaic cells from India, Indonesia, and Laos. The preliminary ruling determined that the dumping margin for Indian producers/exporters is 123.04%; for Indonesian exporters/producers is 35.17%; and for Laotian exporters/producers is 22.46%.
