Qinzhou Meteorological Observatory in Guangxi continued to issue a red alert for heavy rain at 10:10 on April 27, 2026: in the past hour, the rainfall in Dongchang was 69 millimeters, Nali was 66 millimeters, Zhongma Industrial Park was 59 millimeters, and Dafanpo was 53 millimeters. Currently, the rain clouds are moving towards the southeast in the southern part of Qinnan District. It is expected that in the next 3 hours, areas including Longmengang, Dafanpo, Shabu, Dongchang, Nasi, and Xiniujiao in Qinnan District will experience heavy rainfall of 20 to 40 millimeters, locally exceeding 60 millimeters, accompanied by thunderstorms and strong winds. There is a high risk of flash floods, geological disasters, and urban and rural waterlogging, so please strengthen precautions.
