Shanghai Electric wins bid for supply project of equipment for world's largest scale data center.

According to Shanghai Electric, recently, Shanghai Electric Power Transmission and Distribution Engineering Complete Sets Co., Ltd. successfully won the bid for the supply project of high and low voltage cabinets for the ultra-large-scale data center in Lahti, Finland by the global data center operator DayOne. This marks Shanghai Electric's first large-scale entry into the high-end market in Europe and a historic breakthrough in developed countries in Northern Europe. The Lahti ultra-large-scale data center park in Finland is the core project of DayOne's European strategic layout, and it is also WanNation Data's data center park in Finland. The project has now started construction and is expected to be operational by 2027, with a potential total capacity of 128 megawatts, and the first server cluster with a capacity of 50 megawatts.
