OneSunshine Group announces that it is necessary to disclose the trading announcement. On April 26, 2026, the company entered into a share purchase agreement with Buyer, Seller 1, and Target Company 1. Buyer conditionally agreed to acquire all the shares of Target Company 1 held by Seller 1 for a total consideration of HK$185.3775 million. On the same day, the company also entered into a share purchase agreement with Buyer, Seller 2, and Target Company 2. Buyer conditionally agreed to acquire all the shares of Target Company 2 held by Seller 2 for a total consideration of HK$168 million.
