The second meeting of the APEC Business Advisory Council will open in 2026.

Recently, the second meeting of the APEC Business Advisory Council in 2026 opened in the capital of Mexico, Mexico City. More than 200 representatives and experts from 21 APEC economies participated in the meeting. The three-day meeting focused on the annual theme of "openness, connectivity, and collaboration", promoting substantial progress in regional economic integration, digital innovation, connectivity, and sustainable development in various working groups, and conducting consultations on a series of proposed outcome documents to achieve phased annual results. Participants highly praised the importance of Asia-Pacific regional cooperation and expressed their expectations to deepen economic and trade relations with China.
