Reporters from the main station learned on April 24th local time that a lawsuit filed by US President Donald Trump against the US Internal Revenue Service and the Treasury Department has been questioned by the court. US District Judge Katherine Williams pointed out that with Trump actually having influence over both sides of the lawsuit, it is doubtful whether the case has a "genuine adversarial dispute," and requested the Justice Department to submit a written explanation by May 20 on how the court has jurisdiction to hear the case. In January of this year, US President Trump filed a lawsuit in federal court against the Treasury Department and the Internal Revenue Service, accusing them of illegally leaking his personal tax return information during his first term as president and seeking at least $100 billion in compensation.
