Bangjie Group announced on April 24th that it achieved operating income of 568 million yuan in 2025, a year-on-year decrease of 48.61%; the net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company was a loss of 989 million yuan, an increase from a loss of 672 million yuan in the same period last year; basic earnings per share was -2.15 yuan. The company plans not to distribute cash dividends, issue bonus shares, or increase capital reserves through bonus shares in 2025.
