Dispute over equity consideration? The conflict between Chen Tianqiao and Dai Jifeng intensifies.
On April 24th, reporters obtained an internal notice released by the AI company MiroMind founded by Chen Tianqiao regarding the false statements related to Dai Jifeng, accusing Dai Jifeng of "business integrity breach". As of the time of publication, Dai Jifeng has not made a public statement in response. Dai Jifeng is an associate professor at Tsinghua University. Last year, Chen Tianqiao and Dai Jifeng cooperated to establish the AI company MiroMind, aiming to "fire the first shot in open-source large models". Earlier this year, MiroMind's self-developed flagship search intelligent model MiroThinker1.5 was officially released, claiming to be the "strongest small cannon" in the intelligent modeling field. However, the cooperation between Chen Tianqiao and Dai Jifeng was short-lived. According to MiroMind's notice, on January 15th, Dai Jifeng proposed to resign and voluntarily offered 15% of the shares of a new company as compensation in exchange for legally using MiroMind's related intellectual property rights, and was allowed to take away the main domestic core team members.
