Donghua Energy issued a second revised announcement of its 2025 performance forecast, expecting a net loss attributable to shareholders of the listed company of 9.44 billion to 9.84 billion yuan in 2025. The company had originally forecast a net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company of -130 million to -90 million yuan in 2025. The reason for the change in performance is the application for recognition and enforcement of arbitration awards by a Hong Kong company. Out of prudence, the company decided to make provisions for estimated liabilities, but this has no impact on the company's cash flow. The net profit in Q4 is expected to be a loss of 10.19 billion to 10.59 billion yuan, while the net profit in Q3 was 90 million yuan. Based on these calculations, the net profit in Q4 is expected to turn from a profit to a loss quarter-on-quarter.
