China Oil Engineering: The company's wholly-owned subsidiary signed a $4.614 billion contract.

CNOOC Engineering announces that its wholly-owned subsidiary, China Petroleum Engineering Construction Co., Ltd., signed a turnkey contract for the ground works of the fourth phase of the 100 billion cubic meters per year commercial gas production capacity project in the Turkmenistan Renaissance Gas Field with China National Petroleum Corporation. The contract amount is $4.614 billion, with a validity period of 66 months, a construction period of 51 months, and a warranty period of 12 months after acceptance by the host country.
