Zhonghaida: Net loss of 233 million yuan in 2025

Zhonghaida announced that its operating income in 2025 was 1.012 billion yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 16.98%. The net loss attributable to shareholders of the listed company was 233 million yuan, compared to a net loss of 12.4498 million yuan in the same period last year. The company plans not to distribute cash dividends, bonus shares, or increase capital by converting reserves into shares.
