Zhang Yuzhuo meets with Brazilian Minister of Public Service Management and Innovation, Este Dewick.
On April 23, Zhang Yuzhuo, Director of the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council, met with a delegation led by Estevao Devik, Minister of Public Service Management and Innovation of Brazil. The two sides exchanged views on further deepening exchanges and cooperation between state-owned assets and enterprises, and promoting reform and innovation in state-owned enterprises. The Brazilian Ambassador to China, Yao Wang, also attended the meeting.
Zhang Yuzhuo stated that central state-owned enterprises have been continuously deepening cooperation with Brazil, achieving significant results in areas such as oil and gas exploration, ultra-high voltage power transmission, and new energy. He hoped that the two sides would continue to strengthen communication and dialogue between departments, promote the expansion and improvement of cooperation between state-owned enterprises in mineral resources, digital economy, biotechnology, artificial intelligence, and other areas, create more growth points, and make positive contributions to building a closer China-Brazil community of shared future.
Estevao Devik expressed that practices such as strategic planning, technological innovation, assessment and incentives, and low-carbon transformation have helped improve the management level and competitiveness of Brazilian state-owned enterprises, better serving the country's economic and social development. He hoped that the enterprises of both sides could achieve mutually beneficial cooperation and continuously translate the important consensus reached by the leaders of the two countries into development outcomes.
