According to statistics from the State Administration of Foreign Exchange, in March 2026, the total trading volume in China's foreign exchange market reached 30.09 trillion RMB. Among them, the market between banks and customers traded 5.00 trillion RMB, and the interbank market traded 25.09 trillion RMB. The spot market accumulated a trading volume of 11.18 trillion RMB, and the derivative market accumulated a trading volume of 18.91 trillion RMB. From January to March 2026, the cumulative trading volume in China's foreign exchange market reached 75.78 trillion RMB.
