The company plans to distribute a cash dividend of 1.237 yuan per share to all shareholders based on the total number of shares after deducting the number of shares in the company's share repurchase account from the total share capital as of the record date for implementing equity distribution. No bonus shares will be issued and no capital reserve will be used to increase share capital.
