"0 Sugar Special Drink" has become a registered trademark? Dongpeng Beverage argues: the product meets the standards, trademark registration is a need for brand protection.

On April 23, the functional beverage company Dongpeng Beverage responded to reporters: "Regarding the discussion about 'Dongpeng Zero Sugar Special Drink' as a trademark, we launched the 'Dongpeng Zero Sugar Special Drink' product in April 2021, which strictly follows the national regulations on the standard requirements of 'Zero Sugar'. The trademark registration is due to the need for product brand protection." Dongpeng Beverage stated that the company will launch the bottled version of "Sugar-Free Dongpeng Special Drink" in June 2025, which also strictly follows the national regulations on the standard requirements of "Zero Sugar" and can be consumed with peace of mind. The original canned version of "Dongpeng Zero Sugar Special Drink" is currently suspended from sale.
