The shareholder plans to reduce its holdings of the company's shares through block trades and bulk trades from April 29, 2026 to July 29, 2026, with a total reduction not exceeding 44.9667 million shares, not exceeding 3% of the total share capital of the company, of which block trades will not exceed 14.9889 million shares, and bulk trades will not exceed 29.9778 million shares.
