Xiamen Luwei Optoelectronic Masking Project's first batch of core processing equipment has officially moved in.

On April 23, Xiamen Luweiguang Electronics' next-generation high-precision mask production base welcomed the first batch of core process equipment moving in. The project officially transitioned from the "engineering construction phase" to the "process equipment installation and commissioning phase," taking a solid step towards the goal of trial production by mid-2026. The project plans to invest a total of 2 billion yuan to build 11 high-end mask production lines, with the initial construction of 5 production lines focusing on the production of high-precision masks of 8.6 generation and below, applied to flat panel display products such as a-Si, LTPS, AMOLED, LTPO, Micro-LED and others.
