The former general manager of China Chem Goldenpro Property Management Co., Ltd., Mr. Luo Yutian, in Beijing, is suspected of committing duty-related crimes and has been prosecuted.
On April 23, according to the official account of "China Chemical Clean Air Online", the Pinggu District Supervisory Commission of Beijing conducted a supervisory investigation into the serious job-related violations involving Luo Yutian, former general manager of Beijing City Center Company of Zhonghua Jinmao Property Management Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of China Jinmao under China National Chemical Corporation. It was found that during Luo Yutian's tenure as general manager of China Jinmao Property Management Co., Ltd., he embezzled company funds, provided assistance to others by abusing his position, and illegally accepted money from others. Luo Yutian's actions constitute serious job-related violations and are suspected of crimes such as illegal business operations, corruption, and bribery. In accordance with the relevant provisions of the "Supervision Law of the People's Republic of China" and after research by the Pinggu District Supervisory Commission of Beijing, the suspected criminal issues involving Luo Yutian have been transferred to the procuratorial organs for review and prosecution according to law.
